Our story

We have decided to settle in Chepstow after looking at lots of areas throughout the UK.  My roots are based in Wales and as soon as we set eyes on St Pierre this is where we wanted to be. St Pierre is a wonderful location with good links to both motorways and airports and the views are stunning.  It is a part of the UK where crime is minimal and people are friendly and there is real community spirit.We have successfully run several businesses but decided we wanted to semi-retire and spend more time with family and friends and enjoy more leisure time (which of course includes golf ideally situated adjacent to us).  

Our history with the leisure industry goes back over thirty five years.  Our first park was in Pembrokeshire and we ran this for over twenty years, indeed we were one of the first parks to have lodges in Wales.  We decided to sell the park when our son and daughter both left home to go to university.  They have both now become very successful in there own choice of careers.  We decided to buy a park in Kent which we developed and built to a very high standard over fourteen years.  It was a much bigger park than the one we had in Pembrokeshire and as well as leisure homes also had a marina.  It was a big challenge for us but we enjoyed it and have made many friends over the years who will undoubtably visit and fall in love with Chepstow as we have.  

Our Parks have always had a good atmosphere and people have always been very happy and as well as working hard we have always had lots of fun.  We believe if there is a problem with anything at all then it should be discussed and resolved, indeed it is not what happens but how you deal with it.  We will be living on the park so will hopefully be able to build a good community spirit and make it a friendly and attractive environment.
